Keeper Janis Blaswich will keep goal in Austria in the coming season. RB Leipzig announced that the 33-year-old will be loaned out to FC Red Bull Salzburg for the 2024/25 season. Blaswich had become a regular keeper at Leipzig following Peter Gulacsi’s injury in October 2022, won the DFB Cup and the Super Cup with RB and played 21 games last season. With Gulacsi now fit again and another competitor in Maarten Vandevoordt signed, Blaswich’s chances of playing in Leipzig are slim. The keeper had extended his contract until 2026 in the fall
