Petrik Sander and Pascal Ibold will continue to form the coaching duo at 1. FC Magdeburg beyond the 10th match day. The duo had taken over on an interim basis after Markus Fiedler’s departure to bridge the gap until a new head coach was appointed. Now Sander and Ibold will not only be on the bench against Preußen Münster, but also in the DFB Cup and in the basement battle against Bochum. After that, a solution is to be presented. And that could well be Sander and Ibold, as 64-year-old Sander has the necessary license.
