Manchester City – Chelsea Tip Premier League, Matchday 20 on Sunday, 04/01/25 at 18:30 CET
Europa League and Club World Cup – and yet coach Enzo Maresca has now been dismissed at Chelsea. With the game against Manchester City on the 20th Premier League matchday, the Blues are – once again – facing a new beginning.
In my Manchester City Chelsea tip, however, I don’t concentrate on the actual outcome of the game, but rather recommend the bet “Both teams to score” at odds around 1.55 at Bet365 – with the prospect of a Bet365 odds boost.
Yes, things haven’t gone smoothly at Chelsea recently. But the Blues still scored regularly. In the last 27 games, they have only failed to score once. So even with a defeat in Manchester, at least a goal should be possible.
Manchester City vs. Chelsea AI Predictions:
Of course, our AI model will also take a close look at the Premier League in the new year and provides you with its very own prediction in its Manchester City Chelsea AI prediction.
With the first tip, the digital brain makes it comparatively easy for itself and relies on “home win Manchester City”. And in fact, this selection makes sense, since the odds at the bookmakers without tax are surprisingly high (approx. 1.55). Don’t forget: City have won eight of their first nine league home games.
Predicted chance of winning:
| Victory Manchester City |
Draw |
Win Chelsea |
| 59% |
21% |
20% |
And the second selection is not a bad idea either. If you combine the first AI tip and my own selection, you inevitably end up with “City wins by conceding a goal”. The bet is excellently quoted at around 2.80 and is unquestionably one of the value bets for the duel.
Finally, the AI makes a result bet. The “2:1 for Manchester” is classified at about 8.75 and is at the same time the most likely result from the bookmaker’s point of view.
