Justin Heekeren is on the verge of leaving Schalke 04, his replacement is already on the way: Heidenheim’s Kevin Müller is at the second division leader for a medical check. The 34-year-old will take on the role of number 2 behind the undisputed number 1 Loris Karius. Müller has been playing for 1st FC Heidenheim since 2015 and has played 236 second division and 67 Bundesliga games for the Ostalbstadt team. This season, however, he lost his regular place between the posts to Diant Ramaj and was recently demoted to number 3.
