Michael Wimmer has found a new job as a coach. The former interim coach of VfB Stuttgart (October to December 2022), who was sacked by Austria Vienna at the end of May last year, has joined Motherwell FC in Scotland – currently eighth in the Scottish Premiership. “After receiving hundreds of applications from coaches from all over the world, Michael was the outstanding candidate,” said CEO Kyrk Macmillan, awarding the 44-year-old with advance praise.
