Anthony Jung has to leave SV Werder Bremen in the summer. As the Bundesliga club wrote in a statement, they have informed the 33-year-old defender in a personal conversation that they want to set new impulses on his position and make a change. Jung, who came to the Weser from Bröndby IF in 2021, will therefore not receive a new contract at SVW.
