Jan Olschowsky impressed with some strong performances in goal for Aachen during the second half of last season. However, Borussia Mönchengladbach is very well staffed in goal with Jonas Omlin, Moritz Nicolas, and talented Tiago Pereira Cardoso, so Olschowsky has no realistic chance of regular playing time. The 23-year-old is therefore close to extending his loan to Alemannia. He will continue to gain playing experience in the 3rd division.
