Hansa Rostock has offered its home-grown talent Benno Dietze a professional contract. “Benno has absolutely earned this through his training performance and the good impression he has made in his competitive matches,” said Amir Shapourzadeh, director of professional soccer at Rostock, in a statement. “We hope that he will continue to develop in the coming years and mature into an established member of the team.” The 21-year-old Dietze has been playing for the club since the F-youth and has made four brief appearances in the current third division season.
