RB Leipzig have given Benno Kaltefleiter his first professional contract. The Leipzig native, who has been playing for the Saxons since the U8s, signed on Thursday until 2029 with the Bundesliga club, for whom he has already been called up to the matchday squad once. The 18-year-old defensive midfielder also took part in Leipzig’s winter training camp.
