It was only in August 2025 that Giacomo Raspadori moved from Napoli to Atletico Madrid. However, the 25-year-old was never able to really gain a foothold in the Spanish capital. In twelve appearances in La Liga, he was only in the starting line-up once. That’s why he is now probably drawn back home: According to consistent Italian and Spanish media reports, the negotiations between Atletico and AS Roma are already well advanced. There is a loan (2 million euros fee) with an option to buy in the amount of 18.5 million euros.
