There are rumors surrounding former Real striker Raul in Borussia Mönchengladbach’s search for a new coach. According to a report in “Sport Bild,” his agent Gines Carvajal is said to have put his client forward as a candidate for the Foals. However, Gladbach has not yet held talks with any external candidates, even though it is sounding out the market. Interim coach Eugen Polanski remains the preferred solution. Raul, 48, who coached the second team and the A-juniors of the Royals for six years until the summer, has been linked with German clubs several times in the past, most notably with his former club Schalke and Bayer Leverkusen.
