Stade Rennes have found a successor for the coaching post after the dismissal of Habib Beye. As the club announced on Wednesday on X, Franck Haise will take over the sixth in the Ligue 1 table. The 54-year-old Frenchman coached RC Lens for four and a half seasons, which he took over in Ligue 2 in February 2020 and led to the runner-up finish in the 2022/23 season. In the summer of 2024, he then moved to OGC Nice until they parted ways on 28.12.2025 in the face of nine consecutive lost games. At Rennes, Haise has signed a contract valid until 2027.
