Borussia Mönchengladbach could upgrade to the left-back position in the summer. One option is 23-year-old David Herold from Karlsruher SC. “The interest in the player is definitely there,” said sporting director Rouven Schröder on “Sky” in the run-up to Gladbach’s game against Heidenheim. Herold has been playing for KSC since 2023 and has made 82 appearances in the 2nd Bundesliga so far.
