Almuth Schult ends her career as an active goalkeeper. With VfL Wolfsburg, the 34-year-old won the Champions League once, the German championship six times and the DFB Cup eight times. Most recently, she was under contract with NWSL club Kansas City Current. Schult played her last of 66 international matches in the USA at the end of 2022.
