In the summer of 2019, Danilo had once joined Juventus and was most recently the captain of the Old Lady. However, since this year, the 33-year-old Brazilian no longer really belongs. Thiago Motta has excluded the veteran from his plans at the Italian record champions – despite having a contract until June 30, 2025. Now, as reported by Sky Sport Italia, both parties are working on a dissolution. As a result, Danilo (formerly of ManCity and Real Madrid) can leave on a free transfer – probably back home to Flamengo. Napoli are also said to be interested.
