Internet stars Jake Paul and his brother Logan have been involved in the boxing scene since 2020.
The highlight so far in the Paul brothers’ questionable boxing career: Logan’s unsuccessful 8-round exhibition fight against boxing legend Floyd Mayweather in June 2021 is said to have earned him a whopping 20 million dollars.
However, Jake has been on the ropes far more often in recent years. The boxing match against Mike Tyson on November 15 is already the eleventh fight of his career, which began four years ago. His ambitious goal is to become world boxing champion.

Jake Paul became famous together with his brother Logan Paul via the video platform Vine. Put simply, through 10-second videos in which they are mainly embarrassing.
By the time Vine was shut down in 2013, Paul had amassed 5.3 million followers and a total of 2 billion (!) views.
Since 2013, the Logan brothers – the sons of nurse Pamela Ann Stepnick and real estate agent Gregory Allan Paul – have been on YouTube, where they have really taken off.
Jake’s concept on YouTube is the same as his brother Logan’s: a mixture of comedy, reality show, publicity stunts and self-promotion. Some of the videos were so provocative that they were censored.
From 2015 to 2017, Paul also starred in the Disney comedy series Bizaardvark – but the internet clown with a behavioral problem was fired. The reason: his (sex) party excesses in his villa for days on end damaged the family image.

Jake Paul Boxing: His fights to date
The boxing career of Jake Paul and his brother Logan began in 2018 as a competition between YouTube colleagues.
The Paul brothers boxed in two amateur fights against KSI and his younger brother Deji Olatunji. Jake fought Deji (winning by TKO in round 5) and Logan was in the ring against KSI.
Since then, Jake has probably taken a liking to pugilism. He is starting his boxing career and has already had four “professional” boxing matches. Most recently in August against former MMA fighter Tyron Woodley.
“It’s a chance to show the world that anyone with a dream, a vision and the right attitude can overcome adversity and shine on the biggest stage,” said the YouTuber in 2019 about his boxing ambitions.

Jake-Joseph, as his full first name is, made his boxing debut against Youtuber Ali Eson Gib, which he won by TKO in round 1. He also won his second fight by knockout – in November 2020 against former professional basketball player Nate Robinsion.
His third professional boxing match was against former MMA fighter Ben Askren – which he also won early: TKO in round 1 after 1:59 minutes.
Paul himself has big plans: “I’m on my way to becoming the greatest professional boxer in the world. Your grandfather had Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson, your father had Floyd Mayweather, this generation has Jake Paul!”
