The transfer of Armel Bella-Kotchap (22) from Southampton FC to TSG Hoffenheim is now just a formality. The two-time Germany international, who was most recently loaned out to PSV Eindhoven, is due to complete his medical on Tuesday and then sign a four-year contract. Hoffenheim will pay around twelve million euros plus bonuses for the central defender
