Tobias Sippel’s (37) contract expires on June 30, but is expected to be extended for another year. The veteran is to remain with the team as standby goalkeeper and also support goalkeeping coach André Wachter in his duties. After his active career, Sippel wants to remain involved in soccer as a goalkeeper coach. A final agreement on the new contract is expected in the coming days.
