VfB Stuttgart is close to completing the transfer of Giannis Konstantelias. According to kicker, the 22-year-old has received permission from PAOK to move to Stuttgart. VfB has now raised its final offer to around 18 million. Including bonus payments, which are said to be around three million, the northern Greek club will receive its desired sum of over 20 million.
