Third division club Waldhof Mannheim has added a young French talent to its professional squad. Offensive player Nolan Muteba N’Tumba comes from the youth department of former French champions Girondins Bordeaux and is now set to take his first steps in professional soccer in the Kurpfalz region. The 18-year-old “has enormous talent, which he impressively demonstrated in the French U-19 league last season,” said sporting director Gerhard Zuber about the transfer.
