Young Boys Bern parted ways with head coach Patrick Rahmen (55) on Tuesday – the consequence of an embarrassing sporting decline at the Swiss champions, who currently occupy the last place in the table and have also got off to a poor start in the Champions League with two significant defeats. As in the previous season, U21 coach Joel Magnin will take over the team on an interim basis until further notice. Rahmen had only arrived from league rivals FC Winterthur in the summer.
