A third of the goals scored in the Metropolitano are scored in the first half, two-thirds in the second. In the entire round, I only count three games that had more than one goal before half-time.

The last seven duels have all been won, with just two goals conceded. In June 2007, a home game was lost for the last time, so the clear role of favorite is not surprising.

However, it is not as if Celta Vigo are getting crushed away from home. The only clear result was a 0-3 defeat against Espanyol; overall, there have only been three defeats that have seen more than one goal scored, regardless of the location.

Atletico Madrid are in the thick of the title race and held their own against Real. Now it’s a home game again, and nothing can really happen at home. The Madrilenians are unbeaten and also defend very strongly.
We quickly realized at Celta Vigo that hardly anything is possible away from home. The Galicians don’t like playing against Atletico, and have only scored two goals in their last seven meetings.
