HSV sporting director Stefan Kuntz announced the transfer in the afternoon, and it was finalized in the evening: Nicolas Capaldo is moving to the Elbe. After three years in his homeland with Boca Juniors, the 27-year-old moved to Salzburg in 2021. He made 96 appearances for RB, scoring twelve goals. Capaldo is expected to fill the gap left by Reis’ departure at HSV.
