After Frankfurt rejected an €80 million offer for Hugo Ekitiké, Newcastle United’s interest in the Frenchman seems to have waned. According to The Athletic, the Magpies are now looking at their league rivals and have shown interest in Yoane Wissa from Brentford FC. The Bees have already rejected a €26 million offer from Nottingham this summer. The 28-year-old still has a year left on his contract with the London club.
