Following Eintracht’s sale of Hugo Ekitiké last week, there has been movement in the Ritsu Doan (27) transfer saga. Frankfurt would like to sign the SC Freiburg attacking player, but the two clubs are still far apart in their negotiations. Freiburg continues to demand a transfer fee of over €20 million, while SGE is offering less. An agreement is not yet in sight, but experience shows that it is only a matter of time.
