Gladbach – Bayern Tip Bundesliga, Matchday 8 on Saturday, 10/25/2025 at 3:30 p.m.
Getting a good overview of the best Bundesliga odds for the current matchday is always a smart move! But I can tell you one thing in advance: Bayern’s odds are getting lower every weekend!
Consequently, I’m going for a handicap of -2 goals in my Gladbach Bayern tip. This increases the potential payout without significantly reducing the probability of success.
The German record champions are the only club in Europe to have won 100% of their competitive games in the new season and, on top of that, have never shown any real weakness.
If everything goes according to plan, FCB will further extend their lead at the top of the table with another confident three points!
I’m sticking to my betting plan, but I don’t want to hide the fact that the Bayern haters among you are rightly sensing an opportunity, especially in view of the current Bundesliga schedule.
FC Bayern Munich has suffered more defeats against Borussia Mönchengladbach (28) in the Bundesliga than against any other team – a record that should give the Foals courage.
In any case, you can watch the game live via DAZN streaming, as the match kicks off at 3:30 p.m. and is therefore covered by the pay-TV channel.
Gladbach – Bayern Prediction & Bets
Ask the FC Bruges players how difficult it is to score against the record champions.
A Bayern win to nil at odds of around 2.42 immediately made it onto my betting slip because the Foals are currently having great difficulty creating any noteworthy scoring chances in their own stadium.
After all, Borussia have failed to score in four of their last five Bundesliga home games. That’s simply not going to cut it against the all-powerful FCB.
Kane to score at odds of around 1.44 is my second choice. I know it’s unimaginative, but it’s a safe bet! The Englishman has scored in every game he has played for Munich since September, regardless of the competition.
What you need to know about Gladbach vs. Bayern betting
- Gladbach has the lowest points tally of any team in the 2025/26 season after seven games, with just three points.
- Gladbach’s expected goals (xG) value of 8.12 after seven games is the second lowest in the league (behind Augsburg).
- Head-to-head results suggest that the Asian handicap of -2.0 may be set too high. The Bayern -2.0 bet has not been successful in the last ten meetings in all competitions.
- Harry Kane scored 12 goals in the 2025/26 Bundesliga, seven more than any other player.
- Luis Diaz (formerly Liverpool) is just behind Kane with five goals and a rate of 0.67 goals per 90 minutes in his debut season.
Gladbach – Bayern: AI tip & odds analysis
Our Gladbach Bayern AI prediction picks up on my previous suggestion of Kane as a possible goalscorer and goes one step further – a huge one at that!
However, Kane 3+ goals is too risky for me, even at odds of around 8.00. The Englishman scored the 1-0 goal in the last match against Gladbach, but I don’t see him scoring more than two goals on Saturday under any circumstances.
Bayern over 2.5 goals promises a payout that is roughly the same as Bayern scoring in both halves – because the odds in both cases are almost identical at around 1.62.
Under Kompany, the record champions only know how to move forward, so I wouldn’t be surprised at all if these conditions are met again.
It’s just a shame that, given Munich’s overwhelming strength, the bookmakers are offering us lower and lower odds for these betting options from week to week.
The best odds for Gladbach vs. Bayern
The stage is set for a real Bundesliga highlight: Gladbach vs. Bayern. Can the Rhinelanders bravely stand in the way of the FCB’s march towards defending their title?
The Munich team are naturally keen to maintain their impressive 100% win rate in competitive games in 2025/26 – and everything points to them dispatching Gladbach in a similar fashion to how they recently dealt with FC Bruges in the Champions League.
Those who want to bet on this showdown will find the best odds at Oddset and Betano: 11.0 for a surprise Gladbach victory, 7.00 for a draw, and 1.23 for the overwhelming favorites from Munich.
With concentrated offensive power and ice-cold self-confidence in their luggage, Bayern will probably demonstrate once again why they are currently the undisputed number one – excitement guaranteed, but the favorite role clearly distributed.
Gladbach vs Bayern match analysis:
Bayern have already created some breathing space at the top of the Bundesliga and are going into the game with confidence – even at this early stage, winning the title seems a distinct possibility. Gladbach, on the other hand, are stuck deep in the relegation zone and are in acute danger of being relegated.
The match will proceed as usual: Bayern will dominate possession, apply constant pressure and create a multitude of chances.
Players such as Harry Kane, Michael Olise, and Luis Díaz are currently demonstrating their unpredictability, making it extremely difficult for Gladbach to keep things tight at the back.
Bayern are the dominant team in the league in terms of territory: with a so-called field tilt of 67.2, they control the game in dangerous areas and severely restrict their opponents’ opportunities.
Gladbach averages 13.14 shots on goal per game—slightly above the league average—but is unlikely to create many chances here.
Bayern are also likely to get off to a fast start, as they average 2.14 goals in the first half and have yet to concede a goal before the break.
Early goals from Bayern could therefore decide the game right from the start.
Gladbach form check
Borussia Mönchengladbach remains deep in crisis and is still searching for its first win of the Bundesliga season. With only three points from seven games, their start is the worst in the club’s history (2008/09).
Despite an attacking line-up led by Haris Tabakovic, who has already scored three times in four games, the Foals’ xG value of 8.12 is the second worst in the entire league.
The negative streak has now lasted 14 games, and the future of interim coach Eugen Polanski is hanging in the balance.
The upcoming games against St. Pauli and Cologne could decide his future, while Gladbach continues to search for stability and success.
Bayern form check
Bayern Munich continued their dominant 2025/26 Bundesliga season last week with a hard-fought 2-1 win over Borussia Dortmund, which many already see as a silent hint towards defending their title.
With seven wins from seven games, Bayern are demonstrating impressive offensive strength and have already scored 27 goals.
Tactically, they are showing great maturity, controlling games both at home and away. Harry Kane is in outstanding form and has contributed significantly to the team’s success with twelve goals this season.
Defensively, Munich are looking solid and skillfully resisted Dortmund’s second-half offensive.
Despite isolated resistance from the Black and Yellows, Bayern’s relentless pursuit of top performances remains unbroken.
Therefore, there should be a similar 4-0 victory for the record champions at Borussia-Park on Saturday, as was recently the case in the Champions League against Bruges.
