After missing out on the World Cup for the third time in a row, the Italian national team will rebuild itself again. On Good Friday, the FIGC announced that the contract with coach Gennaro Gattuso had been terminated by mutual agreement after the play-off exit against Bosnia-Herzegovina. The 48-year-old took over the team last summer, and on Thursday association boss Gabriele Gravina and head of delegation Gianluigi Buffon had already resigned.
