What had already been hinted at days ago is now official: Lois Openda is leaving Juventus Turin on loan and joining Olympique Lyon for one season. After his transfer from Leipzig to Turin for just under 47 million euros at the end of 2025, the Belgian never really gained a foothold in Italy and had little prospect of playing time until the end. Last season, the striker made 24 Serie A appearances, where he contributed one goal.
