Andrea Belotti has found a new club: The 32-year-old, who became European champion with Italy in 2021, has been without a contract since his contract with Cagliari expired in the summer and now joins Italian second division club Modena FC. Since promotion with Palermo in 2014, Belotti had always played in Italy’s top flight, with the exception of a second half of the season at Benfica, and scored 116 goals and 32 assists in a total of 356 league games for AS Roma, among others. Now he returns to Serie B after more than a decade.
