Francesco Bagnaia’s victory in the last race in Japan has reduced the gap in the World Championship drivers’ standings to Jorge Martin to 10 points.
The Spaniard has been in very good form of late. He took second place in Motegi – 1.189 seconds behind Bagnaia.
For the upcoming race in Down Under, the two World Cup rivals are once again considered the hottest candidates for first place and victory.
