Third division promotion contenders Alemannia Aachen have strengthened their squad with midfielder Gianluca Gaudino. The son of former international Maurizio Gaudino arrives in the imperial city from Austrian second division club SV Stripfing/Weiden. The 27-year-old had been tested by TSV in recent days. Trained in the youth ranks of FC Bayern, the Hanau native made the leap into the record champions’ professional team under Pep Guardiola in 2014. He later played mainly in Switzerland
