Yegor Yarmolyuk played his part in helping FC Brentford finish tenth in the league last season after coming 16th the year before. The 21-year-old, who joined Brentford from SC Dnipro-1 in Ukraine in 2022 and worked his way up to the first team via the reserves, has become an increasingly important member of the squad over the past six months – and a Ukrainian international. It’s a development that the Bees are keen to see continue. The central midfielder has been rewarded with a new contract until 2031, with an option for the club to extend for a further year.
