The Champions League final is not only the sporting and scheduling highlight of the season in European club soccer.
The CL final with BVB – Real will take place on Saturday, June 1, 2024. The venue is Wembley Stadium in London.
Wembley has already hosted the final of the premier class seven times, most recently in 2013, when Borussia Dortmund also took part. The opponent back then was Bayern Munich and Borussia lost 2:1.

The live soccer TV program for the Champions League in Germany is as follows: Amazon Prime shows one Tuesday game live and exclusively on each matchday, all other games are live on DAZN.
However, there is a different arrangement for the broadcast of the Champions League final. This will also be shown on free TV in Germany!
The Champions League final 2024 with Dortmund – Real Madrid will be broadcast live on ZDF and DAZN.
There will be no broadcast of BVB – Real on Amazon, as the final is not on Tuesday and the mail-order giant only has the broadcasting rights in Germany up to and including the semi-final.
The situation is slightly different in Austria. Here, the CL final between Dortmund and Real Madrid will not only be shown live on DAZN, but also on Servus TV on Free TV and on Sky Sport Austria.

The “sportstudio reportage: Das Spiel um Milliarden – der Ausverkauf des europäischen Fußballs” will be shown from 19:35. From 20:25, the ZDF trio will be back on air and will be getting into the mood for the CL final between Dortmund and Real with background reports, analyses and interviews.

The Black & Yellows come to Wembley as clear underdogs. This is shown on the one hand by the BVB – Real betting odds from bookmaker Bet365 and on the other by the statistics.
The Whites, who narrowly beat Bayern Munich in the semi-finals and Manchester City in the quarter-finals, are undefeated so far this CL season
In addition, Real won the Spanish league title in very convincing fashion, while Borussia only finished fifth in the Bundesliga last season.

Which line-ups will the two teams use for the BVB – Real match on Saturday?
Borussia Dortmund can line up with the strongest formation in the battle for the trophy and it is conceivable that BVB coach Edin Terzic will field the starting eleven from the semi-final second leg against PSG. Marco Reus is therefore more likely to come off the bench as a substitute in his last BVB game.
Real Madrid will be without defensive midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni, who suffered a stress injury to his left foot in the semi-final second leg against FC Bayern. The absence could be a positive omen for Dortmund: In all the games in which Tchouameni has been part of the starting eleven this season – 31 in all – the Madrilenians have remained unbeaten.
It remains to be seen who will play instead of Tchouameni. Perhaps Luka Modric or Eduardo Camavinga
