Omar Sillah’s contract with SpVgg Greuther Fürth has been extended until at least 2028, and the club has exercised the club’s contract option. “The fact that his development is taking place so positively is anything but a coincidence,” explains coach Heiko Vogel. “He invests an incredible amount, puts the opponents under pressure and thus forces situations.” After 12 games for SpVgg (1 goal) and 13 appearances on loan in the 3rd division for Aachen last season, the 23-year-old striker was allowed to play as a substitute in all five games for Fürth after his return in the current season (1 goal).
