Alexander Sebald lost his regular place between the Cottbus posts to the young Elias Bethke in the second half of the promotion season, but the 28-year-old goalkeeper will continue to be FC Energie’s number two. The third division runners-up have announced that Sebald will extend his contract in Niederlausitz “beyond 2025.”
