It is virtually certain that striker Liam Delap (22) will remain in the Premier League despite Ipswich Town’s relegation. Numerous English media outlets are now reporting that the English U-21 international, who has also attracted interest from Manchester United and Newcastle United, among others, is set to join Chelsea.
