FC Augsburg has signed youth striker Mauro Hämmerle to a long-term professional contract. The Austrian talent has mainly played for the U19 team this season, scoring ten goals in 13 games. However, the 17-year-old spent the winter preparations with the U23 team. In the future, he is to be introduced to men’s football with the second team.
