The interest of the Italian Football Federation in Pep Guardiola (55) seems to be taking shape. According to Sky Sport Italia, Paolo Maldini, technical director of the Azzurri, was in Barcelona last weekend together with association advisor Leonardo to negotiate with Guardiola about the national coach post. The talks are said to have been going on for almost three days – but a trend is still unclear.
