Al-Hilal have strengthened their squad with another new signing from Europe. The reigning champions have signed Joao Cancelo from Man City. At Al-Hilal, the 30-year-old will join the likes of Neymar, Kalidou Koulibaly, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Ruben Neves and Aleksandar Mitrovic. It had been clear for some time that Joao Cancelo wanted to leave the Sky Blues. During his loan spells at Bayern (second half of 2022/23) and Barcelona (2023/24), the full-back had been critical of Pep Guardiola
