Dresden central defender Jakob Lewald was recently linked with third division rivals Rot-Weiss Essen. Now, however, the 25-year-old is apparently being drawn to SV Sandhausen, according to Bild. There, the 25-year-old would meet his former Dynamo teammate Tim Knipping, also a central defender. Lewald moved from Viktoria Berlin to Dresden two years ago and was most recently a regular there
