1. FC Nürnberg have secured the services of Jakov Suver for their U23s. The 21-year-old central defender joins from VfB Stuttgart II, for whom he has made one appearance in the third division this season. Nuremberg’s NLZ manager Michael Wiesinger said of the former Germany and Croatia international: “Jakov is a talented and motivated footballer who should strengthen our defense. Thanks to his many years of training at a youth academy and his experience with national teams, he knows exactly what is important and will be able to put his skills to good use. “
