In the summer, he was linked with VfB Stuttgart and – much more concretely – with TSG Hoffenheim, but now Oumar Solet (24) is without a club. The French central defender, who failed the medical check in Kraichgau due to a knee injury before the transfer fell through, reached an agreement with RB Salzburg to terminate his contract, which was still valid until 2025. Solet moved to Austria from Olympique Lyon for around €4.5 million in 2020. He won the league three times with RB and the cup once
