Defender Benedikt Zech will continue to play for the Austrian Bundesliga club SCR Altach in the coming season. As the cup finalists announced on Wednesday, the contract with the 35-year-old was automatically extended by one year after reaching a certain number of appearances. Zech from Vorarlberg returned to Altach in January 2025 from Poland, for which he had already played from 2012 to 2017.
