For last season’s Premier League surprise team, AFC Bournemouth, Marcos Senesi played a total of 37 games in the English league in 2025/26. However, the 29-year-old Argentine did not want to extend his contract, which expires on 30 June. Instead, he joins a team that has had significantly less success in the Premier League in the past two years: From next season, the central defender will wear the jersey of Tottenham Hotspur.
