Boss, Tim
+ SV Elversberg
SV Elversberg has prematurely extended the contract of substitute goalkeeper Tim Boss, which was due to expire in the summer, by a further two years until 2027. The 31-year-old came from 1. FC Magdeburg in 2023 as a back-up for Nicolas Kristof and has so far played one game, on matchday 34 of the previous season in a 3-0 defeat to Karlsruher SC. He sat out every game this season, earning a yellow card in the 4-1 loss to Schalke. “He always gives his all, challenges his colleagues and is an absolute team player at the same time,” said sports director Ole Book, praising the “reliable support”.
