The UEFA Super Cup will only be available on TV on DAZN. The sports streaming service will broadcast PSG vs. Tottenham live and exclusively on Wednesday at 9:00 p.m.
The UEFA Super Cup 2025 was actually supposed to be broadcast on free-to-air TV. Until recently, there was an agreement between DAZN and Pro7 regarding a sublicense so that Paris vs. Tottenham could be broadcast live on TV outside of the paywall.
However, this has since changed. ProSieben “cannot show the Super Cup at short notice for licensing reasons,” a company spokesperson confirmed to dpa. “The reasons do not lie in the internal relationship between DAZN and ProSiebenSat.1,” he said, without giving further details.
Instead of the UEFA Super Cup live on TV, Prosieben will now show the quiz show “Wer isses?” at 8:15 p.m.
