Tracy Cortez, on the other hand, has only been in the elite MMA league for a very short time. She has had five fights so far – but the 30-year-old US fighter has won all five!

Rose Namajunas took the UFC strawweight throne for the first time in 2017. The first title defense was successful, the second was not. She therefore had to relinquish her gold belt.
She regained the title in April 2021 – with a victory against Zhang Weili. She was also victorious in the rematch, making her the women’s strawweight champion.
A year later, Namajunas had to vacate her place in the sun again after losing to Carla Esparza – and she then moved to women’s flyweight. However, her debut there was a failure. She suffered her second defeat in a row against Manon Fiorot.

Tracy Cortez has been in the UFC since 2019, but she has only fought five fights – but won all five! Cortez last won in September 2023 against Jasmine Jasudavicius.
Cortez is currently ranked 11th in the flyweight division. Should she cause Rose to wilt, she would rapidly climb up the rankings and could even be in line for a title shot.
