VfL Wolfsburg is keeping the pace high to put together the team that should achieve direct promotion. On Thursday evening, the Lower Saxons presented Alessio Besio. The 22-year-old Swiss attacker, most recently loaned to Verl from SC Freiburg, has signed until 30 June 2030.
