Marius Wörl’s loan at Arminia Bielefeld ends in the summer, and from the new season the 20-year-old midfielder will play for Hannover 96. The East Westphalia-based club did indeed exercise the purchase option agreed as part of the loan, but 96 then exercised its right of repurchase. At the same time, his contract with the Lower Saxony-based club was extended until June 30, 2027, due to an embedded clause.
