After just one season, Kerim Alajbegovic is said to be on the verge of a return to Bayer 04 Leverkusen. As reported by Sky, the Werkself have drawn a buy-back clause of €8 million. It was only last summer that Alajbegovic moved to Red Bull Salzburg for a good 2 million euros. The Cologne-born Bosnian has scored nine goals and provided three assists in 30 games so far. As was to be expected in view of his performances and the quality of the player, Bayer have now secured the services of the striker again.
